How to register

  • If you are an existing Noor Bank online banking customer, use the same user ID and password to login to the Noor Bank App.
  • For a new registration: Enter your debit/credit card number & TPIN to complete the registration process. The TPIN can be obtained by calling our contact centre on 800 NOOR (800 6667).

Phone Banking (Contact Centre)

You can virtually visit Noor Bank by dialling 800 NOOR (800 6667). Our friendly interactive voice response (IVR) system helps you bank without having to be physically present at any branch.

Phone Banking is available 24x7x365. At any given time, you will also be able to speak to a phone banking agent who will assist you with all your requirements.

Noor Bank is committed to making banking more convenient for you, and we are also committed to protecting the environment.

As a result, since November 1, 2010, all our monthly statements are issued by email. This arrangement is in line with our standard terms of business (please refer to paragraph 5.1 of the Terms and Conditions booklet).

e-Statements not only allow us to conserve resources, but also allow you to receive your statements faster, and be able to easily access these statements. Further, your e-statements are password protected, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

  • We will continue to send you a free consolidated paper statement every six months, in January and July. If you still wish to receive monthly paper statements, please call us on 800 NOOR (800 6667) to subscribe, for a charge of AED 10 per month.
  • We will continue to send your e-statement to the email address in our records. If you wish to provide us with a new email address, please contact us on 800 NOOR (800 6667)

ATMs and Cash/Cheque Deposit Machines

Besides our branches, Noor Bank's ATMs and cash/cheque deposit machines (CCDMs) are conveniently located across key locations including major shopping malls across the UAE.

At ATMs, you can perform the usual actions such as viewing your account information, withdrawing cash and printing mini statements, while CCDMs also allow you to perform advanced actions such as depositing cash and cheque directly, and without the need for envelopes.

  • Cash deposit at CCDM: You can deposit AED, except in very small denominations. The CCDM authenticates and validates all notes, provides on-screen confirmation of the deposit amount, and credits the cash into your account as soon as the confirmation receipt is printed.
  • Cheque deposit at CCDM: The CCDM provides a scanned image of your cheque and transaction details on a confirmation receipt, as an assurance of your deposit. The cheque deposit will reflect in your account within two working days after settlement and clearing.

Foreign Exchange Service (FX)

Noor Bank’s foreign currency exchange service (FX) is available when and where you need it the most.

Our FX counters provide ‘buy and sell’ services at market rates for all major regional and international currencies, including UAE Dirham, Saudi Riyal, Kuwaiti Dinar, US Dollar, Euro, British Pound Sterling and Japanese Yen.

This service is available exclusively at our branch in Departures (T3-08) at Terminal 3, Dubai International Airport 24x7x365, along with all other banking services.
